Our morning “classroom” will be at an outdoor café, at the coffee bar in a charming bookshop,
or a comfy private apartment. Over coffee, tea
and croissants we’ll talk about getting around in France, learning language, history, etiquette,
dining well, shopping, and meeting people…
and how to just have fun.

In the afternoons you are on your own for assigned maneuvers. It might be a cooking or painting class, a wine tasting tour, learning to use public transportation, or shopping the markets for bread and cheese, gifts,
a chic outfit—even antiques or fancy fabrics. Getting your hair done and—look out—you might be ordered to go shopping for—Ooo la la—French lingerie.

You’ll bunk in your own apartment. We’ve chosen a group of chic and comfortable apartments in the center of Aix, close to cafés and shops.

When you sign up, we’ll send you the list and links so you can choose the apartment or hotel that suits you best, according to your desires and price range.

But attention cadets. No bunking with roommates. This is your time to have your own experience.

Why solo in France?

No other country loves women more than France. Femininity rules here. It’s in the cuisine, the wine, stylish fashions and, of course, the romance of France.
